Custom Dye Sublimation Patches for
Your Business

Stand Out in Style

Bring your image to life through our unique dye sublimation process. A computer printer uses heat to directly transfer dye into the fabric to produce a photo-realistic patch. This same process creates photo mouse pads and puzzles. However, unlike screen printing, this washable and dry-cleanable image gets permanently dyed into the fabric of the emblem, not painted on its surface. Through this process, we can easily duplicate any digital image you capture.

We can match PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors to precisely duplicate your logo’s color scheme. Because colors are limitless, dye sublimated patches offer unmatched detail with vibrant color and clarity of subtle and continuous tones. You’ll see an unreal likeness when comparing your dye sublimated patch to your original artwork. And, if your artwork features gradient colors, the dye sublimation process captures any gradient quality like no other patch type for a high-gradient effect.

Multiple Attachment Styles

Our patches can be attached to apparel in multiple ways. We can do clasp pins, sewn-on, iron-on, dryer heat-activated adhesive, and Velcro backing. Whatever your preference is, our designers can accommodate and help you get the perfect patch.

Plastic

The most common type of backing for patches. Best for sewing applications, plastic backings help keep the back threads intact and prevent unraveling.

Iron On

Permanently adheres your patch to the surface. You can wash, dry, and dry clean your apparel without risking the patch coming off

Velcro

These types of patches are common on uniforms or environments with constant patch-changing. For law enforcement, private security, or any other field in which employees constantly change patches to represent new ranks or organizations, velcro patches are the most efficient.

Magnetic

We offer two types of magnetic patching. The first is a traditional one-sided magnetic backing applicable to most metal surfaces. The second is a two-piece set and comes with a compatible base that allows you to attach to non-metal surfaces without damaging the item.

Self Adhesive

The most common type of backing for patches. Best for sewing applications, plastic backings help keep the back threads intact and prevent unraveling.
