Cloisonne: After your logo is die struck in copper, recessed areas are filled with special resins, oven hardened and individually hand polished to a flawless mirror-like finish. However, the cloisonné powder cannot be mixed like paints or soft enamel as each color returns to its own shade after heating. Therefore, no exact PMS colors can be matched. Metal lines are required to separate different colors. Silkscreen colors may be added to enhance small details.

Imitation Cloisonne (Epola): Epola is an economical alternative to Cloisonné as we use the same mould and outline cutting processes as cloisonné except the recessed areas are filled with brilliant colored resin. It is not as hard as cloisonné, but looks shinier and reveals better details. PMS color matching is manageable and metal lines are required to separate the different colors. Silkscreen colors may be added to enhance small details.

Photo-etched Soft Enamel: After your logo is chemically etched in copper, soft enamel is inserted into the recessed areas, cured, and plated in gold or silver. Soft enamel colors can be Pantone (PMS) matched. Clear epoxy is recommended to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking

Die-Struck Soft Enamel: The mould and outline cutting processes are similar to Cloisonné and the recessed areas are filled with soft enamel. As the deep recesses are not filled full, the result is more dimensional than the Cloisonné or photo-etched process. Metal lines are required to separate the different colors. PMS colors can be matched and like Photo-etched Soft Enamel, a clear epoxy is recommended to protect the enamel from color fading and cracking.

Silk Screen Printing: This process enables hard to fill areas to be filled with enamel colors because no metal lines are required to separate different colors. It can achieve a close duplication of the original color artwork and PMS colors can be used for reference. A clear epoxy is also recommended to protect the surface from scratching.

Offset Printing: Artwork, film or graphic files are used to produce film for each color. Then, one printing plate is produced for each color of the design. This computerized printing process reproduces colored artwork or photos with incredible clarity and detail. Since it is a printing process, there are no metal lines to separate the colors. Clear epoxy is recommended to protect the surface from color fading and scratching.
